Return & Exchange Policy

At RÈNA, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality eastern wear for every occasion. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple return and exchange policy. 

1. Eligibility for Exchange: 

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

 Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or altered products (including stitched items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 2. Defective or Incorrect Items:

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

 We may request:

  • Photos or videos showing the defect or issue
  • Order details for verification

 Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • An exchange for the correct item, or
  • A store credit or refund (only in cases where exchange is not possible)

 3. Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us: Email or message us at [your support email or WhatsApp number] within the eligible period.
  2. Wait for confirmation: Our team will guide you through the process and approve your exchange if eligible.
  3. Send back the item: You can return the item through a courier service of your choice. (Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.)
  4. Receive your replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch the exchange within 5–7 business days.
